Ola Udensi
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Ola, RN, BScN, is an accomplished Nurse with 17 years of diverse nursing experience, specializing in chronic disease management and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as the Chronic Disease Management Nurse Lead in three Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario, Canada, Ola focuses on improving health outcomes through targeted care strategies for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic illnesses. With international experience in leading health screening programs, Ola has showcased their ability to implement effective public health interventions in diverse settings. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nursing Management and Quality Leadership, Ola is dedicated to reducing health disparities and promoting sustainable healthcare solutions, particularly in Indigenous populations. Passionate about program development, patient advocacy, and quality improvement, Ola is committed to making a meaningful impact in healthcare both locally and globally.
Nancy Willie
Director, Healthcare OperationsNancy is a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse with over 10 years of experience, specializing in chronic disease management and healthcare leadership within various health care facilities. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and are currently working as a Chronic Disease Management Lead for rural communities in Africa. Nancy is known for their cultural competency and commitment to holistic, patient-centered care. They have also contributed to healthcare improvements through acute/chronic care nursing, retirement and long term care facilities. Nancy is looking forward pursuing a Master's in public health. Their passion for continuous improvement, patient advocacy, and leadership makes them a valuable asset in transforming healthcare delivery for underserved populations.
NKIRUKA MOGHALU-JOEL
Director, ProjectsNkiru is a seasoned Marketing and Growth Expert with 15+ years of experience across Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Public Sector, and Marketing Communication. She serves as Project Director for Hope Alive Healthcare and MD/CEO of Avenu Consulting. Previously, she held executive roles at Chain Reactions Africa as the Executive Director, Growth, Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) Red Slate, Marketing Director, Verdant Zeal, Chief Marketing officer (CMO) HYGEIA Group, Group Head Brand and Marketing, AIICO Insurance, and a manager in various capacities at First City Monument Bank. Nkiru holds an MBA from Metropolitan School of Business and Management, Manchester UK, MSc in Human Resource Management from University of Salford, Manchester UK, and BSc in Marketing from University of Calabar, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing Nigeria, Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and a life member of WIMBIZ. Nkiru serves on the Board of Thrive Microfinance Bank and chairs select committees, contributing to corporate strategy and operations management in public and private sectors.
